What is Buyer Protection?

Buyer Protection is our free guarantee that comes with every order. If your item doesn't arrive, arrives damaged, or is significantly different from its description, you're entitled to a full refund — no runaround.

You're covered when

• Your order never arrives within the guaranteed delivery window.
• The item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described.
• You received the wrong product or an incomplete order.

How refunds work

Open a dispute from your order page within 30 days of the expected delivery date. Our team reviews the case, works with the seller on your behalf, and issues a refund to your original payment method if the claim is approved.

Secure payments

Your payment is held securely and only released to the seller once you've confirmed your order arrived as expected. Card details are encrypted and never shared with vendors.
