Changed your mind or received something that isn't right? Here's how our hassle-free returns work.

30-day returns

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, as long as they're unused and in their original packaging. Some categories — such as perishables, personal care, and custom-made items — may not be eligible.

How to start a return

Go to your account and open the order you'd like to return.
Select the item and choose a reason for the return.
Print the prepaid return label (where available) and ship the item back.
Once the seller receives and inspects the item, your refund is processed.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after the return is approved. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear on your statement.

Free returns

Look for the Free Returns badge on eligible products. For these items, return shipping is on us — no questions asked.
